Hi, I’m Don Hildred & have been a professional photographer for 30+ years, working in Brisbane & regional Queensland. I’m currently living in Toowoomba, but travel around South East Queensland providing commercial photographic services, including:

Formal Education

I graduated with Honours in Assoc. Deg in Applied Photography from the Queensland College of Art (1988)

I have since graduated with Distinctions in a Bachelor of Multimedia at the University of Southern Queensland. This was to broaden my knowledge of Digital media, Television broadcasting and Time-lapse video (2015)

What do you love about your job?

I love presenting my customers with the best possible images i can!

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I have done a lot of different shooting, but the best part is seeing the smile on the customer’s face when you give them their images.

A fun fact about this photographer

I’ll never buy a shiny chrome tripod! Because as a photographers assistant in Brisbane, I had to take my black shirt off, rap it around the tripod to stop the reflections from the tripod in the product, in a very busy high end restaurant.
